NEVER BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE
I placed an order online on the 27th of September and it STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED!! I have called the call center multiple times and still my order hasn't been delivered! This order was promised to be delivered on the 10th and it was never delivered, I cant keep going back and forth with Makro and I have paid for the product!!! This is totally unacceptable the 3-5 days has passed. I NEED THIS TO BE RECTIFIED.

I do not understand why you introduced an online platform to order things that essentially be such an inconvenience. Other online platforms make it easier for us while the Makro online platform is a total inconvenience at this rate even if you had mailed the products through the post office i would have gotten my package you wouldn't even need to pay for delivery! Actually what is the point of paying for delivery when its such a pain to get it!!!
