NEVER BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!!!!!!

NEVER BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE!! I have been trying for 5 ****** weeks to log a return!!!!!!! Keep cancelling my return as apparently the Courier cant get hold of me or find me at the address??? Yet no missed calls????? We run a online store too and these couriers come to our warehouse TWICE a day and NOT ONCE have they asked to collect anything???? What the hell actually? Who is lying here?? Why would I be spending so much time with Makro trying to book this return for weeks OVER AND OVER AGAIN, to not give them the item I have been trying to give back for weeks????? And the Call centre?? OMW!!! They just blatantly ignore your emails and actually can't assist if you call as the returns department is only available by email and don't give feedback neither? I am beyond disgusted that Makro can offer such bad service!! WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE NOW TO RETURN THE ITEM IF COURIERS ARE LYING OR NO ONE HAS COME FOR 5 WEEKS TO COLLECT IT?????????
