NEVER BUY FROM MAKRO AGAIN!!!
I ordered a 70" TV online and it arrived broken. It took them 3 months and a couple of weeks for them to collect it. From the 28th of Nov 2024 until 28th March 2025. After they took months to collect now I am waiting for more weeks for the replacement or refund. NEVER BUY FROM MAKRO AGAIN!!!

14 Mar 2025, 11:06UPDATE: They still haven't helped me in anyway and they are not responding to the email address they asked me to inbox should I still have questions. They are not only bad with the service they offer but responding to emails too.

How would you feel having bought a TV from November 2024 and still not having it? How many months do i still have to wait? What so hard about delivering things? SHAME ON YOU ALL.

02 Apr 2025, 13:30 UPDATE 2: They still haven't helped me in anyway and it has been since 28 November 2024 that the issue of the TV hasn't been solved and I am without a TV until date.
