Never buy at Makro online

Makro is the worst company you can ever buy online from. So I bought a washing machine and it was packed on the 11th February, on the 14th, they send me an email saying the package was taken by the currier Dawn Wing.

After 3 days I call the company because there is no tracking number or anything that suggests my package will be delivered. Dawn Wing tells me that they havent collected the package, they are not going to collect it because its a bigger item and they only deal with smaller items, they tell me that Makro is aware and they ususally use another company for bigger items.

I call back Makro , they assure me the package was taken by the currier, I tell them I already called the currier, they make me hold for 10 minutes, they tell me they will call me back. A day goes by, I call them back, I get another person, she even confirms my number and says he will call me back and she never does. My order is still sitting at Makro even though they promised it will be delivered form 2 to 5 days. No communication on when my order will be delivered to me. All they keep on saying is that they have escalated the matter.
