NEVER buy anything from Makro online
I bought a freezer online on 2 April 2019. the expected delivery date was 11 April 2019(although their website states 3-5 days delivery). I phone them 3 times on 11 April to ascertain when the delivery will take place. The first agent said their system was offline and she'll call me when they are back online but i received no call. I phoned back two hours later and get hung up on. I phoned a third time and was told that the item was still at the shop and that the matter will be escalated. This is an item I urgently need for my business and I'm losing money.

12 Apr 2019, 17:20So another day has gone by and not even a follow up call from Makro. Judging by the other reviews about their online store its gonna be a long wait until I get my product while Makro enjoys the interest from our money.
