Never buy anything at Makro online

Last week Monday(02/12/2024) I bought a bridge at Makro online and they promised to deliver it last week Thursday (05/12/2024). Today is Tuesday( 10/12/2024) and my fridge is still not delivered. No communication, no updates about where my fridge is and why is it still not delivered to me.

I tried to write this review on their website and this is how they responded to me in my email:

“Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!”

I want to warn people not to make the same mistake I did. Never buy anything at Makro online if you don’t want a heart attack.
