NEVER BOTHER TO ORDER FROM THEIR ONLINE THEIR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I ordered journals on the 7th of June 2022 to be presented on June 16, which is tomorrow to our youth members at church, and on Thurssday the 9th i got feedback from them saying courier will contact me for delivery, on Friday the 10th I got my delivery but to my surprise it was only 1 unit of what I ordered and I immediately contacted them and I was promised that they will investigate the matter and my query will be marked URGENT and will receive an E-mail pertaining communication of what transpired and I waited nothing happened, and on Monday the 13th I called them again and was told my goods were lost along the way to the courier and my query has now been escalated to the finance department and I advised them I need the journals by the 16th and I was again promised feedback by the end of the day and I waited until sunset and the following day on Tuesday I called them and they told me my query was with finance still and they have no feedback but should they refund me it will be a thing of 10 to 15 days, I advised them that rather they don't refund me and contact their supplier and get me the journals and I will go and collect them as I need them urgently, and again I was promised that they have sent an E- mail to the supplier as they don't have their numbers and I should wait for their feedback and I waited again till sunset nothing happened, no one called me and today I called again was told the same story they are unable to assist I should wait for finance to call me. Remember tomorrow is June 16 and I should present those to our youth and I have nothing to present because Makro is sitting around taking me from one pillar to another ,I am very disappointed, frustrated, stressed and angry at the moment. I need any help I could get and I'm loosing hope as it is.
