Never Again

Ordered 3 separate products - > a certain amount = free delivery except they made 3 deliveries (eventually). Over promise and zero service. Courier driver either can't read or press a button at an intercom (twice) or just got lost. Message said to contact the driver - not possible. Didn't answer phone or read WhatsApp message. Returned my order twice. E-mails to Makro and courier co came back with an automated standard response and that was all. I admit Makro they did call me 16 days later - at lunch time on Sunday.
