Horrible experience, baught and paid for a washing machine. Monday got an sms saying delivery Tuesday from 12h00 -18h00, nothing happend. Called Makro to find out what is happening, they sont know and "escalated" query saying will get feedback 24h - 48h, still nothing after 72h.

Called the store directly, and they are unable to assist and asked me to call the sh*tty call center again.

Can i please get my washing machine?
