NEGLIGENT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a fridge and washing machine, the guy who delivered it from Makro Milnerton Western Cape didn’t follow the due diligence of allowing to check for dents or nothing was given for me to sign and confirm delivery, they dropped the items outside and asked that I open the gate cause they need to leave to elsewhere. They were rude and unfriendly at the second of seeing them. This is really unacceptable customer care from both procedure and behaviour.
