Neglecting complains

Makro Online Store frankly offer poor services indeed they are pathetic and unreliable.I made an online purchase was directed to do an international eft transaction which I did unfortunately the status of my purchase still indicated waiting payment.I decided to contact the online support service which indeed they responded but failed to address my problem.They instructed me to sent the proof payment to the email address ********** which I did.They never responded neither did they bother to act instead chose to ignore the email.They are bad and I would definitely advice anyone to look for a better online store somewhere.
