Need someone to please sort this out

I went today to makro and we went to bought the specials that was indicated by advertising boards above the food and we calculated everything when we got to the till the lady took my makro card and swiped it she scanned in everything we calculated that everything must be R1700 and we made sure about 3 times that we worked it out correctly when she was done she said the total cost is R2400 that is R700 more then we should have payed , she didn’t want to help us correct it or wanted to call someone that can help us , i hope someone there reads this and contacts us to correct this, we have the slip and everything still.
