Need assistance

I purchased a DEFY double door fridge last year December at Makro crown mines I purchased Samsung top loader as well The fridge is currently giving me problems I cant find the card or slip I am sure there is another way that Makro can assist me The amount is R17 738.00. My bank account were debited on 4th December 2017 but I bought the stuff the 2nd or 3rd the serial number of the fridge is ********** 611 make is DFF437 I urgently need assistance in getting the fridge sorted
