National Call centre unhelpful and No answer - Toti branch

I tried many times to contact the Toti branch in the past 3 hours and there is no answer. It just keeps on ringing. I called the national call center and all they can tell me is that I must try again. Absolutely ridiculous! Please check ***. For such a big store to only have one number available to the public. Very disappointing. I even asked the national call centre agent to take my number to get the store to call me but she told me that it will take 24hours for that to happen. I can’t understand why you have a separate call centre which is clearly not helpful. I made a purchase online and I needed assistance with the extended warranty which is not available online. I am now doubting my purchase. I should have paid R300 more at another store where I would have received prompt assistance. Very frustrating!
