My reward still no credit

I purchased an Alva gas braai for which I was to be awarded 1000 M rewards within 24 hours. This was confirmed by the instore salesman, in store customer services and the on line help line. 8 days later, no rewards. Now I would either like my rewards today (14th November), or I would like to return the braai. What are you going to do?
