My Refund

I did a refund on 23 November 2023 and today it been a month with no positive outcome. But your refund policy it says I must wait for 14 days.

You keep send me automated emails and I don't know what for, it been a while using Makro online and what I notice when you are doing a refund it become a problem, I cannot encourage people to buy at Makro store because they don't care about their loyal customers, maybe it time to tell people about Game, Pick n Pay, Checkers etc.

As from tomorrow I will start canvassing for other store through social media networks and tell them about your poor services.
