My order was cancelled and still no refund or credit note after a month

Firstly, Makro could have delayed the delivery and pulled from their Alberton branch and still supp**** it and secondly if this refund situation could not be resolve Makro could have offered me a voucher for the same amount than the refund, but non of these options were explored.

I have not received any update whatsoever from Makro after supplying the needed documents and everytime I call there is a promise of an escalation and no response or movement on this matter. After having a conversation the lady on the phone Makro Online also mentioned that they wanted a copy of my ID. This as you can see in the email trail was not asked for. So not only does Makro ignore my refund I am also not given all the information and then we keep on finding ourselves at square one.

Makro has the worst customer service for their online platform and honestly there is just no integrity or follow through. It is quite disappointing as I have been a fan of Makro, but after this experience I have lost faith in Makro and will also need to warn people from buying online as there is no way one will get their money back.

The phoning and following up is costing me money to resolve this as well and Makro simply does not care.
