My order still not delivered after 31 days of purchase

I used to trust Makro and it was prefered store for most of the items that I required.

I placed an order on the 23rd of November 2017 on their black friday special and make the order before even stores opened. I was really shocked when I was told that they do not have stock for some of items and the supplier will not be supplying them with the pproducts and forcing me to refund for the purchase I made when they still had stock and their system did not even indicate that the items is out of stock like it ideal supposed to do.

I have been patient and doing follow up at my expense to ensure that I get my order. Still today I have not received my order and only received an email which was in a way forcing me to accept an incomplete order and felt like the person assisting me just wanted to get my order out of his or her name. I felt like they did not invest enough effort to ensure they make their customer happy despite how long it is taking them to deliver.
