My Money Has Been ****** By Makro

Its not possible to add a zero out of 5. I am currently experiencing THE WORST service after buying a very expensive television from Makro online, way ahead of the Black Friday rush. I call Makro call center every day and no one has any updates about my order, I have even called the shop that is handling my order Makro RiverSands and they promised to call me back and deliver the order today. As I sit here at 11.56am, I have received no phone call, no email, my tv was meant to be delivered on November 29 and no one has EVER called me from Makro. Instead they hang up on me or take down my number and promise to escalate the matter. This afternoon I plan to open a police case as clearly my money has been ****** by Makro. Please NEVER make the mistake of ordering there.
