My missing goods items bought in vain

I am really disappointed in the way I am being treated by Makro strubenvalley. My ordeal started when I bought goods on line on the 25 March 2025 I received message that my goods are packed on the 26th and they will be delivered on the 27th. I waited the whole day with no message coming through for my order. On the 28th I phoned asking what the problem is the only thing I was told is they will escalate. After numerous calls my goods were delivered on the 31st. Upon op Ning my order I found that not all goods were delivered I then called to advise and the lady on the phone said she will log a call for me. Today is the 8 April 2025 and still no feedback and if I will ever get my missing items. I phoned and sent WhatsApp request the only thing I am told is it has been escalated such customer service is really uncalled for
