My laptop is given in and after two months no lapt

I gave in my Laptop to be fixed and after two month they just phoned and said I must pay R2800 TO GET IT BACK AND IF i DON'T WANT IT FIXED R400 TO GET IT BACK. Then after them taking two months I get told by carol Anne I have 5 day's now I work daily with Laptops, suppliers and so to customers. This is no way of treating a customer this is no way that a supplier will treat a customer as I work with them. I am not satisfied and will never again buy from MAKRO in full which is sad because I really liked their products and was a regular customer in Port Elizabeth.
