My experience with Makro Online has been absolutely unacceptable

My experience with Makro Online has been absolutely unacceptable. My order (MAK***) was repeatedly undelivered because Makro provided the courier with the wrong contact number—despite my profile containing the correct one. I contacted customer service multiple times, only to receive delayed responses, empty promises of escalation, and no accountability. Instead of fixing their mistake, I was told to update my profile (which already had the correct details). Even the courier confirmed that this happens often with Makro orders. The lack of responsibility and poor service have made it clear—I will never order from them again.
