My experience has been nothing but Horrible.

Makro crown mines has given me nothing but terrible service. I took my phone in on the 8th of October for repairs as the phone is still somewhere not getting fixed because apparently there is a mechanical fault that i must pay R1200 for it to be repaired.

Makro is useless. Whoever they gave my phone to is just plain stupid because fixing that phone is not rocket sciences.

I am extremely disappointed in them and i am never ever buying anything again from them.

Sadly i still haven't received my phone back unfixed because i declined to pay that ridiculous amount. i have been been asking them to return it unfixed and they said its with the couriers. The wait has been long shem. Today marks 23 days since my phone was taken in and to date I'm waiting for absolute nonsense.
