MX 8 SWIMMING POOL CLEANER

I regret from the day I thrown my money into the drain at Makro thinking that by buying this machine last year I had found the solution to my swimming pool problems. For starters it could not climb the stairs in the pool contrary to the promise I was assured that it will do so.Hardly 6 months after purchasing the machine it started to gradually slow down and currently it is just stationary. Not moving at all. I have left several complaints at Makro who kept on promising me that they will inform the seller Zodiac to contact me but until to date they have never done so. I am so frustrated with this machine that I regret buying it. I am very disappointed with this MX8 *******.
