Multiple transactions

On the 9th of December 2020 I bought goods from Makro and makro took money from my account 3 time.i have took it with makro and it looks like they are not interested on giving my money back.My account is sitting on minus and my clients are deposting into the account but i cant access the money n as a result my business is suffering.
