MREWARDS VOUCHER NOT RECEIVED

Received a message that I must claim my MRewards before expiry. I completed the form immediately (which was in March 2025), but still have not received my voucher. When clicking on the form it says "You've already responded. Your voucher is being processed and will be sent to your phone via sms"... I still havent received anything. PLEASE ADVISE!!!!
