mRewards is a ****!

First the App does not open & being the only place to see your MRewards it is pointless to say that I had to wait 3 days to see if they at least got that right. On my purchase they overcharged me on a specific item & I did not receive all my mRewards as advertised, only half of it? The call centre does not help as the line keeps cutting off & the mail address for assistance gets no feedback at all??? Do not believe that I would ever get to spend the few rewards I have now as the APP NEVER works in-store. It seems points are not all that pointless as your adverti*****ts says, at least the placed that promise points do give them & make it easy to use them! This is more a tactic to lure shoppers to buy from you then get done in by actually paying the same or more for items. Horrible customer support
