MREWARDS - Dont be Misled

I made a purchase online (31/10/2017) based on the fact that R200.00 MREWARDS were offered on the product. I clearly and distinctly saw that the rewards were "expiring soon" and not "expired". I hurriedly confirmed my purchase and waited48 hours for the rewards to reflect. Nothing! I have been trying ever since to have the matter escalated, but after promises of the manager contacting me, no responses. I am fed up with trying to get a response from Makro. Mpho Akinleye, i am still waiting for you manager Alec Sauls since you promised on 27 November. 27th November!!! The service is terrible. I truly cannot comprehend what makes you think treating customers in this manner is acceptable.
