I received an incomplete order, multiple items not in my damaged boxes, a torn 10kg Tastic Rice bag with mouse **** sticked around the hole on the bag, with wonder if mouse pee is possibly in the bag. Multiple e-mails were sent over the past few weeks, only one reply received, stating that the complaint were sent to Makro Bloemfontein.
