Most useless company

Most useless company in South-Africa I ordered 3, items from them and after saying it will take 2 to 5 days to deliver it never got delivered then when I phoned they just say there was a system error then there is a delay then this and that every time a different story. So I cancels my order a week a go now I'm still waiting for a refund and no one can give me an update on the refund it is very frustrating having people work there that can do the easiest of jobs I'm very disappointed and will never make use of makro ever again! I ordered the same things from Takealot as it was a gift for mothers day and I recieved my items the same day now that is service delivery so makro I please want my refund and I'll never make use of your useless service ever again
