Most pathetic service I ever receive

I placed an order online from Makro, a Gas stove and a cylinder 3/ weeks ago. Only last week I received a Gas Cylinder. Up until now I'm still waiting for the gas stove. I've written them numerous e-mails, to no bail. Even messaged them via Facebook, no feedback. Decided to give them a call today, spoke to a consultant after 10 minutes of holding the line, and the consultant made me hold again for another 24 minutes and hung up
