Most horrible customer Service

I did an order Online on the 1st ,today it's the 7th I have not received the order, I called on Wednesday was told the order was scheduled for delivery on Thursday ,called on Thursday was told no one is picking up the line, I called this morning and told my order is packed,it's been packed since Tuesday.I am still waiting there's no feedback nothing.what a horrible service.
