Most frustrating, painful online ordering process

Every month I place a not-so-insignificant order on your website, and EVERY SINGLE MONTH this is THE MOST FRUSTRATING, PAINFUL process ever!!! Why do your systems just not work properly ((at least the majority of the time)?
