More twisted lies

Another review for the non existent service, as well as the lies continue...

After cancelling my order with you guys just after the new year (Due to your total incompetence on my order placed on the 17 December 2019)) i requested a cancellation and refund, after following up with you for the 4th time i experienced more and more lies basically saying there was a delay as the courier had lost the package and i couldnt be refunded until it was returned.

Ive escalated this matter with you guys about 5 times now, the only person who seems to be in possession of EQ or an understanding of how to interact with customers is a lady named Noluthando Mgujulwa who works on your front line - seems like a common trend in dysfunctional businesses that the people who actually should be in decision making positions are just peons in big corporate wheel, reporting to spineless, *********** "managers".

Long story - short. Why is your courier calling me yesterday saying he has a delivery ? This is the 3rd time you guys have been caught in your lies.

Please just refund the outstanding money, i really dont have the time and patience to deal with you anymore.
