more Than 5 days expired goods on the shelfs. risking lives of their customers.
I'm so disappointed on how the biggest trusted retail in the country would keep more than 5 days expired goods on their shelfs, selling them to the public. This type of practice we thought is only conducted by this ****a shops from the other foreign nationals, but the company of its magnitude I'm left perplexed. My worry is 2 ago I was diagnosed with food poisoning and was warned to be careful of what I consume, now Makro is taking me back. They are risking with my life not only mine but my family and other people of SA who have purchased similar products. The item was bought on the 18th of April expired on the 13th April. I have tried to address the matter with the branch concernt, but unfortunately mybe because of my blackness I've received a hostile and arrogant respond. I'm seeking advice to all, in how to tackle this matter. Which route should one take, who can I contact. If you have any contact or advise please, DM me or WhatsApp on ***. Your assistance is appreciated in advance.
