money to be returned as promised Order MAK305821.

<p>I have bought these 2 awnings with Makro online. Order no MAK305821. My 1st mail read dtd 3rd Feb "I live alone (single woman) in a rental home... my land lord has decided to put "my" rental on the market unexpectedly . I am unsure where I will end up so I am asking you desperately to refund me my money for this order"... Makro rep**** that emial was received on 6th Feb. 7th Feb I received mail to supply docs, done so the very same day. We are now 9 working days later and several mails from my side asking "where is my refund?" All correspondene has stopped ! We are talking an amount of R 1498, money ! Surely admin dept from Makro has had more than enough time to process this money !!!!</p>
