Money ****** via Makro RCS payment app

I made an online payment of r500 via the app on the 7th of July. Still doesn't reflect! RCS constantly phoned me for payments and charges fees for letters and sms and yet when I ask them to check for my payment they don't phone back. I contacted makro whatsapp no. sent bank statement like they requested but again it's not good enough. I contacted my bank and they can't do anything more than send the statement and yet RCS requests more proof??? They stole that r500 and won't refund or reflect it in my account and yet they continue to ask for payments. Something happend in May. Made a payment of R200 and didn't show until 2 months later... What is going to be done about this??????????
