Money deducted yet order is pending payment

Despite multiple follow-up emails sent, I have not received any feedback regarding order #MAK***.

The money has been deducted from my account, yet reflects as pending payment on the order history tab. A No feedback or word received yet to resolve this matter by either issuing a refund or fulfilling the order.

This for a product that is online only. I have seen many similar complaints.
