I would advise the next customer to be sure when ordering at MAKRO because the returns department at makes it a point to misinform customers, a priority not to return customers money and a hobby to ***** customers money cause at this point I believe my money has been ******. Logged a return request and the item was collected on the 18 June 2025 I have been contacted upon sending them email wanting to know the progress in the 22 June 2025 I was contacted but Makro and been told my return would be finalised the 24 June 2025 as I write this review today 3rd July 2025 I haven’t received my money. Thee Makro online shopping is convenient but not with Makro!!!
