Mkro fails to make refunds on online oders.

I made an Online Purchase on the 18th of February, when the order arrived some items where not there and I made some calls and found out that they where out of stock and a refund will be made to me. Till today I haven't received the refund, I did make a call to follow up but they said the Refund was already made, which is not true because i haven't received The money. They promised to get back to me but I haven't gotten any call or email from them. Soo disappointed!
