Mistreatment

As I complained about makro last week the way I was ill treated by the management..Today I received an sms stating I must come and collect that generator ...the very same one I was complaining about ..I'm being told if I don't collect it within 3 months they are going to sell it...meaning my plead and trying to get help doesn't count as a client or the consumer
