Mistreatment by Makros driver ,rude and unproffessional

I am very dissapointed by the driver that deliver my order his name is Joshua on the 06th December 2024. I ordered a microwave and it came wet outside and when I try to inform him about the issue ,he just laughed it off ,saying we put a wrap which was not that enough. I went inside because was starting to get irritated to argue with him and he is not seeing that and it is a joke with him and did not find it funny. The driver enter our building inside without a consent which he violated the security and followed me trying to block to enter inside the building ,although that I am telling him am not happy with the service. The receptionist has to fight with him on how he was handling me rude and inappropriate with no show of respect at all. I am not sure if your drivers are not taught on how to treat a woman or is it okay to be mishandled by your drivers. I went inside and reported the issue and was caught by security cameras inside. I am not happy on how he handled the situation
