Missing4 bottles
Good evening
i called the call center regarding my missing order issue I only received Pongracz Rose,Pongracz Brut ,Jegermeister and Belgravia as per picture attached Missing Bottles Krone Brut ,Krone Nectar Demi-sec ,La Luca prosesco and Krone Rose Still waiting for the email regarding my call as the consultant said if i don't receive a call they will email the follow up they did where they will instruct the crown mine to send my order out

Since this response and after i got a call back no further update or even email.....like what is the hold up am i going to get my refund for the bottle not delivered or whats going to happen....hate that i need to chase after you and no one is even taking acknowledging or taking accountability
