Missing units from box
My wife spends between 80k and a 100k every month at Makro to stock her own shop. Every other time there is units missing from either a crate, box or otherwise. Totally unacceptable theft and the end user gets short changed

12 Jun 2024, 11:55I was contacted by customer service and was told to bring back the box of chocolates and they will replace it. Now that doesn't help me in any way. I have to take time out of my day, drive to the Makro branch. The fuel will cost me at least a R100 not to mention my time wasted. I strongly recommend not shopping at Makro as there customer service sucks when you have a problem with their products. Stay away people
