Missing table from Patio set- NO FEEDBACK from MAKRO!!!!!!

Order number: MAK112507, ticket number: 22651 I ordered a KODA 9 piece patio set, with 8 chairs, and an 8 seater table.. On the 14th of January only the 8 chairs were delivered. The courier that delivered acknowledged that there was an item missing, but asked my domestic to sign the delivery note anyway, telling her "not to worry", that someone from Makro would contact me about the missing item. Makro has not contacted me. I have called and emailed Makro daily, I have called Makro daily. Every single time I am assured that someone will call me back in an hour, or by the end of the day. No one calls me back, despite me following up daily. I want the table delivered asap. This is a very expensive item, and if I do not get the missing table delivered, I will have to ask my lawyer what my legal recourse is. It has been a week since the delivery now, this is unacceptable service.
