Missing package

I made an order on the 31st received some of the items but one was missing tried reaching out but it took 3hours just to get assistance on their online chat. They don’t update you, I had to take time off work so I can be able to sign for the package that’s a day wasted for me I want my package it’s that simple because their refund process is hell
