Missing order

Bought 2x sets of bread bin and canister on makro online on Friday 23 July 2021,I went to the couriers to fetch my stuff on the 26th and I only got 1 set of the bread bin,the courier company told me that they only received one item,I tried calling makro helpline the following day and was only given a reference number,I have called makro more than 4 times checking how far is my other set and I have just been sent from pillar to post with no one helping me out,I am not satisfied with the makro online as I did not receive my full order,that I paid for.
