mIssing mRewards

I spent more than I earn in a month at Makro this past month, and was enticed to do so by their Hisense catalogue which showed "price freeze" till the end of the month, as well as "earn ???? mRwards" ..both these were printed on the ads of the products I bought. However, now that I've made the purchases, I am missing R1000 in mRewards. What gives? That's blatent false advertising! I already complained via private DMs in twitter, and Makro said that they would look into it, but I've gotten no feedback whatsoever.. I still have the ads that prove my claims . Give me my mRewards or Next stop, Consumer Tribunal.
