Missing items - twice
I ordered something that was delivered with missing parts. I was asked to return the item, got a refund and ordered it again. The second time, even fewer parts were delivered. I asked to keep the parts I have and simply receive the missing parts, but I am forced to return all the parts - once again. This is so disappointing.
