Missing items to my order

To say that I am displeased is an understatement. Placed my order on the 11th of January, of which the amount was deducted immediately. It took the the whole week to process my order and upon receiving my order I had missing items, I ordered 200ml x6x4 for two different flavors,meaning I was supposed to recieve 48 of them and unfortunately for me I received only 12. School re-opened and had to make another plan.

I've escalated the matter several time for almost two weeks with no further communication about the matter being resolved. This does not even deserve a star rating. I highly do not recommend Makro online
